We’ve been deeply gratified to see such an awesome response to our Do Art Productions art and comic book workshops. Kind words from librarians, event planners, parents, and kids encourage us to continue spreading our message of art and creativity across the country.
Here are just a few of the reviews that we’ve recently received. A reminder that our 2024 calendar is filling up fast: book a workshop today!
Jerry from Do Art brought energy, art ed, and even a UNICYCLE to get the creativity flowing. Kids learned different techniques for conveying expressions, how to include text and onomatopoeia (!), and even created their own original comic.
Jerry from Do Art Productions brought so much good energy to the library! His enthusiasm and passion for art was contagious and he kept our mixed-age group of 25 kids interested and engaged for a full two hours. The comic workshop was extremely hands-on, giving kids the opportunity to practice new drawing styles and receive feedback in real-time. Jerry was easy to work with, on time, and well-prepared. 10/10 We’d love to have him back!

Jerry from Do-Art Productions was a featured artist-in-residence in our elementary and high this year. He was PHENOMENAL – truly a one-man show! To our students’ delight, Jerry led positive high-energy drawing sessions, juggled, played guitar/ukulele, and rode a unicycle. He is an authentically positive person, and it was amazing to see him channel that positivity toward our students. This empowered them to create and left them smiling and confident in their creations.

Our library recently worked with Do Art Productions again, and it was just as exciting and engaging the second time around! Our participants were so involved in the creative process throughout their session, and it is amazing to see how Jerry makes everyone feel heard and appreciated. I have heard nothing but compliments and praise from our community. Our library is already looking forward to future workshops, and inspiring more of our families to be confident in themselves and their creativity!
